Christopher Lee (co-founder) is a PhD student at Harvard Medical School and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, within the joint Harvard-MIT Health Sciences and Technology program. Chris currently works underneath Professor Michael J. Cima focusing on translational medical devices.
He graduated in 2012 from the University of Connecticut with a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering and concentration in Electrical Engineering. Chris continued on to obtain a master’s degree in Bioengineering Innovation and Design from Johns Hopkins University, a degree catered towards the commercialization of medical devices and biotechnology.
Chris also has management consulting experience working as an analyst for the Innovation and Technology Management group within Sagentia, where he provided front-end product development and strategy consulting services for medical, industrial, and consumer clients. He also has some experience working in venture capital with RA Capital Management, a Boston based crossover fund investing in the biotechnology space.
Chris has been nationally recognized for his pursuits in numerous business plan competitions and academic achievements. He has been an author on over a half-dozen publications, and currently holds one patent.
